Late Cancelation Reminder
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let me know via text AND email prior to 24-hours notice. Within the 24-hour window of your appointment, there is a $100 cancelation fee. THERE WILL BE NO REMINDERS IF YOU NO SHOW/LATE CANCEL.
Additionally, if needed, I will wait up to 15 minutes for the session to begin. After 15 minutes, we will need to reschedule. If we cannot book a follow-up appointment within 2 weeks I will open your session day and time slot for someone on the waiting list.
In case of inclement weather or a crisis...
Please email and text me prior to our appointment time if you have an unexpected crisis or you know the weather is questionable and you’re coming into the office. When you email AND text please request options for the session so we can adapt our schedules (e.g., stay home & do a video session, come in later, leave early, reschedule/cancel, phone session, etc).
Virtual Session Expectations
If your session is virtual, please prepare ahead of time and secure a confidential space. During counseling sessions, there should be no one else present for the client and counselor session. If you are in transit please park in a secure area before our start time.
If you have difficulty scheduling an appointment for three consecutive weeks, unless other arrangements have been made in advance, I must consider the professional relationship discontinued. If you have 3 cancelations in a 3-month period your time slot will be given to someone else on the waiting list.
